Budget Vs Blowout

While I was out on my shopping trip this weekend I found this black & white skull scarf in Primark. I know a lot of the shops on the high street are copying the classic Alexander McQueen scarf but I thought this one was  not too bad and the price is £3! can you believe it!
I do have an Alexander McQueen scarf so thought it would be good to compare the two. The first set of pics is the Primark version and then the next set is the real thing

So which do you prefer? The Alexander McQueen silk scarf costs £165 compared to the Primarks cotton version £3, so you could buy 55 Primarks for one Alexander McQueen. It is a bit outrageous when you look at it like this! but then the materials are different


What would I choose? well I had already chosen before I even set foot in Primark....

    I love the Mcqueen but both are nice. I like how they are similar but not dead on copies.

    I think the McQueen one is nicer just becuase the skulls are smaller, so the pattern isn't as "in your face," but honestly, either one will do.

    Fabulous scarf! They both look pretty similar but of course, the Alexander McQueen is a high fashion brand ... hence the price tag.
