I woke up feeling quite hungry so quickly had my breakfast bar which satisfied the hunger. It’s surprising how quickly I can get used to less food, it shows that I don’t really need everything I normally eat. Having said that, it will soon be the time of the month so that will be the ultimate test as chocolate will become a need. I picked up some cod liver oil to add to my supplements as I have read up on all the benefits of taking this daily.
What I ate today:
Lunch: Tin of Heinz soup – special edition chicken & sage! 216 cals
Snack: a Banana & an apple 145 cals
Dinner: Tesco fresh Chicken & Sweetcorn soup – this one has proper chunks of chicken in it and lots of sweetcorn – very filling! 340 cals also one of my five a day
Dessert: bowl of raspberries & strawberries 100 cals

Drinks: 3 cups of coffee with skimmed milk, 1 bottle of sparkling pear & elderflower water, 2 cups of green tea with cranberry, 1 cup of normal tea & a glass of pepsi max
Total cals: 1050 (excluding milk)
Supplements: Tesco multivitamin, folic acid, cod liver oil
Exercise:
15 mins treadmill - im getting there slowly! I am going to add some sit ups tomorrow and do 20 mins treadmill. The main problem I have is that I am really hungry by the time I get home and so do not have much energy for exercise. I am going to up my afternoon snack and see if that helps.
Thoughts of the day:
I am drinking more so why then am I thirstier?
Wow good job! Im curious about the linseed. I will be looking forward to it tomorrow! Thanks for sharing.

Oh god you're right green tea is horrible when cold! Apparently peppermint tea is nice with ice though but I am scared to try it. I have a post coming up shortly all about my latest obsession with herbal tea lol.
